Stress make people sick, it increases the risk of everything from the common cold to cardiovascular disease. Stress can make us healthier, when we change our mind about stress we can change our body’s respond to stress.

To know deeply about that, we need to talk about hormone, oxytocin. Oxytocin is a neuro hormone. It fine tunes our brain’s social instincts. Oxytocin make us crave physical contact with our friends and family. It enhances our empathy. When oxytocin released in the stress response it is motivating us to seek support. This stress hormone strengthens our heart and the cool thing is all of these physical benefits of oxytocin enhanced by social contact.

A.            Result and Discussion As Nguyen Ngoan stated in his article “ listening to VOA: advantages, problems and solutions” the students have to face these three problems. First of all, the students find it hard to understand proper names as they have never heard about it before. In other words, they have no background knowledge about what they are listening. The second problem is believed to rise from the unfamiliar, uninteresting and too long listening which makes the students feel strange, discouraged and bored of what they are hearing.
